About the Faculty
The School of Nursing includes a total of four departments and has 103 full-time teachers as of the academic year 2019 (see the following Table). To actively strengthen the faculty structure, the college encourages its lecturers to study in various fields at home and abroad, leading an increasing number of teachers to pursue doctoral degrees; after completing their studies in related fields, they resume service at our school. With these actions, the proportion of teachers with doctoral degrees will be increased to over 80%.

To promote the exchange of full-time faculty and staff between various colleges and departments of our university, strengthening the teachers' skills and expanding their expertise in different fields, we hire full-time teachers as faculty members and arrange their participation in teaching activities. For enhancing students' clinical practice ability, each department also employs clinical practice specialists as part-time teachers to assist in practical teaching.
