About College of Nursing
The College of Nursing was established in the 1999 academic year and consisted of four departments, including the international master's program in nursing and nursing midwifery (see the following figure).
Our emphasis is placed on people as the core; the health care needs of people at different stages of their lives are taken into consideration to develop innovative nursing technology and health care models, and assume the social responsibilities of health promotion and health care. The college actively cultivates grassroots and advanced professional talents in nursing. We are at the heart of advanced learning in nursing and possess strong partnerships with industry, community, and the health care sectors.
We base our innovation on the best teaching methods in conjunction with the latest available facilities and equipment. Most importantly, we seek to improve practice through our research and our alumni, locally as well as internationally. For us, it is all about thinking critically and bravely.
